Hey diddle diddle, the cat and the fiddle, the cow jumped onto the roof!!!????????

A householder in Blagdon, Somerset, reported an attempted break-in when she came home to find her roof badly damaged.  It didn't take the police long however to find the culprit..... 

Door to door enquiries uncovered a 17 year old who had taken a picture of a COW on the roof at least six feet off the ground! 

How the cow got there is a mystery, but no doubt if found the whole experience a MOO-VING experience....!

Goat is arrested in Bremen, Germany, for standing in the road - I kid you not!

Billy the Kid is behind bars in Bremen, Germany, after leading police officers a merry dance after blocking traffic by standing in the middle of the road.  The goat eluded police officers and was finally captured after a chase across town, having resisted arrest. 

The goat is now behind bars and is existing on rations of bread and water.  Despite its distinctive earmark and, according to the arrest papers "smelling very bad" the goat has still to be reunited with its owner.  Fortunately for Billy, a female police officer has taken it under her wing - she even reads it a bedtime story but it keeps butting in.....!

Is this person No. 1 birdbrain of Britain? (sorry, that's insinuating birds are not bright!)

We recently had a new neighbour phone the Highways Department to request the removal of the DEER CROSSING sign on our road. The reason: "Too many deer are being hit by cars out here! I don't think this is a good place for them to be crossing anymore..............!"
